My overall impressions:
The build was very easy and no real problems, my suggestion is to take your time and make sure you have a default setup available to follow and also download the latest manual from Serpent’s website here. In comparison to the F110 v1 I found the easier build and multiple layout configurations to be a great addition, the adjustable wings are great also.
Whilst I built the car I was watching the ETS F1 races which was TQ’d and overall 1st place by David Ehrbar Serpent driver, see the full report with videos and images on the TeamSerpent website.
I cannot wait to test the car, just have the paintwork to do and we are ready to go…..

A user in the Serpent F110 Facebook group has said the following.
“The only thing I didn’t like was that there is no manual and it has to be downloaded and printed, and the caster “pills” aren’t numbered or explained, and it doesn’t list what wheel to use or recommend any bodies” Also which pistons to use for the shock. seems the 3 hole pistons are the ones most have used.
Caster pills:

Daniel Jones explains the Caster pills:“I get what you’re saying about the caster pills however if you look at the setup sheets you can get what you need to do. As long as you under stand that the idea is to locate the caster position fully forward 0 degrees all the way to fully back which is 10 degree and so the pills supplied in the kit enable you to set the caster in 2 degree increments depending on the pill and it’s orientation. There is a diagram on the default setup sheet to help you (see images above).”
Wheels and Bodies:
Tamiya F104 type wheels fit the car, Ride and Sweep do pre-mounted sets that fit
Bodies again personal choice but the Tamiya 104 style bodies fit, Protoform, Speed passion and Yokomo 104 style bodies fit the car, it depends on what you want to use.
Shock Pistons:
Seems the 3 hole pistons are the ones most have used.
